The CBORD Customer Portal provides immediate access to the Customer's support activity at CBORD. The Customer can view the status of the site's issues in real-time. The Customer can insert notes and additional technical information directly into cases, to share with Support Technicians.

3. Alternate contact method for non-urgent issues only

Email can be used to submit non-urgent issues to the appropriate CBORD technical support group. The support technicians will respond to issues submitted through email in one business day.
