Data Management Associate
Maintain databases utilizing CBORD products to support large customer and direct database projects for clients within database services. Responsibilities include participation in the establishment and maintenance of database standards, creating and maintaining data. Able to learn quickly without direction, ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
Qualifications: Associates degree and food production/nutrition experience desired. Efficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook required. Ability to learn quickly with little direction and the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Portraying a positive solution oriented attitude in the workplace and assuming a leadership role in business situations are important qualities in this position.

Programming
Technical Interface Analyst I
Provides analysis, scripting, testing and product support. Provides technical support to clients, answering complex questions on function and usage of product via the telephone, internet and/or email. Ensures each project's target requirements are met.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business applications or computer science, or comparable experience in IT related field including knowledge of hardware, operating systems and networking. Sound knowledge of current PC and Microsoft environments required. Preferred skills include XSLT, XML or other relevant programming. Familiarity with HL7, or with CBORD systems, is also desirable. Ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to apply operations concepts to systems, has good project management skills, and places high value on customer service.

Product Support/Testing
Technical Support Specialist I
Provide support, installation and training for point-of-sale (POS) systems. Provide technical and operations support (hardware and software) of POS system via telephone, as well as occassionally on site. Requires off-hour pager responsibilities on a rotating schedule. Must be able to effectively document problem issues and resolutions in an on-line case tracking system.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or experience in point-of-sale systems and 2 years experience with customer service, technical support and/or implementations is preferred. Successful candidates will possess strong analytical and communication skills, along with extensive experience with Windows operating systems, networking, and applications.  Technical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently required.

Operations
Senior Software Engineer
Performs product design, coding, testing and documentation which requries research and analysis. Supplies technical support internally and directly with customers and prospects as required.

Responsibilities include complex product design, along with implementation and maintenance activites; researching and analyzing complex QA or product suppoort issues; and researching new technology or development tools to remain informed of current technology.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science and a minimum of 6 years experience in an applicable field. An advanced degree is desireable. Other required qualifications: excellent technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design, and implementation; analytical and design skills at a multiple product level; expertise in research and analysis, project planning and implementation; an understanding of the development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance; and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
