Project Management
Product Manager
We are seeking a Product Manager experienced in Mobile technologies, eCommerce and transaction processing. The candidate must have strong project management skills, and PMP certification is a plus. The person in this position will be responsible for requirements management of one or more product lines. He or she will lead feature set selection, packaging and pricing review and work across the organization to facilitate on-time delivery of new products to market. Technical and business acumen are essential to the success in this position.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, or computer science. Approximately seven years of technical experience in software development, with at least three years of project leadership experience. Other qualification requirements: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and opinion leaders in the industry; ability to lead cross-functional teams; strong knowledge of software development design procedures; excellent organizational, leadership, decision making, and communication skills.

Product Support/Testing
Technical Support Specialist I Canton, Ohio
Provides technical support to clients via the telephone, internet and/or email, answering questions on function and usage. Serves as primary support liaison between CBORD and the client. Communicates with support center staff regarding product issues, including the escalation of undocumented or unknown issues. Possesses excellent knowledge of CBORD products. Operates under general supervision.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business applications areas or computer science; or comparable experience in IT related field including knowledge of hardware, operating systems and networking. Experience in help desk/technical support or related experience. Typically requires two to five years of customer support experience. Experience with computers and Microsoft software including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with major industry RDBMS with emphasis on Oracle.

Technical Writing
Technical Writer II
The Technical Writer II is responsible for writing and editing software and hardware documentation, release notes, and online help according to established standards. Candidate will work as part of cross-functional teams to produce high-quality end-user and technical documentation. Candidate must have excellent research skills and be able to organize ideas to explain complex material with simple language and meaningful diagrams. Candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently or with other writers. This position is located in Ithaca, New York.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business applications areas, technical writing or English and 2 years related technical writing experience; or 5+ years of technical writing experience. Advanced computer experience, especially with Microsoft Word, DOC-to-Help, and Adobe Acrobat preferred. Sample writing is required.

Administrative Support
RFP Project Leader
Responsible for managing production of responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP). This entails analyzing RFP requirements, coordinating and obtaining technical information from other departments (Sales, Product Management and Contract Administration), and developing professional, comprehensive responses. There are many time-sensitive deadlines in this position and it is critical they be handled appropriately.

The person in this position will be the project manager for the RFP process and will also be responsible for researching and assembling information from various parts of the company as requested.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field, or an Associate's Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in an applicable field. Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills are essential. Proven organizational, time management, and project management skills are also required. Experience in a team environment and the ability to work well independently is important to success in this position. We are looking for someone with a solid work ethic that is a strong team player.

Required technical skills: advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Project, and/or Microsoft Visio.

Senior IMPAC Program Specialist
The person in this role will coordinate daily IMPAC activities with focus on Menu Planning and Publishing system operations. They will also provide the IMPAC team with direction on questions regarding CBORD systems. Integral duties of this position include: Liaison with support/development on daily systems operational questions; processing invoices via Great Plains accounting system; overseeing weekly team meetings, communication with external and internal customers regarding work requests and project status; Quality Assurance monitoring; and establishing and updating menu planning and service standards.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree with one to two years of experience or an Associate's Degree with a minimum of four to five years experience, or a combination of education and experience commensurate with the qualifications and requirements of the position. Prior experience in a high-pressure environment desired. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and preferably Great Plains. Familiarity with Web conferencing software a plus. Healthcare industry and/or diet office experience is preferred. A strong base knowledge of CBORD systems in preferred.

Travel Coordinator
Completes travel arrangements by coordinating itineraries; obtaining airline tickets, hotel, and car rental reservations; and finding the best prices utilizing MySabre software, CBORD's external travel agency, and appropriate websites. Enrolls and trains new employees with the online travel web tool. Liaison with the external travel company, hotel, and car vendors. The main purpose of this position is to minimize travel costs for CBORD and for our customers.
Qualifications: Two-year degree in Travel and Tourism plus 1-2 years of travel arrangement experience. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and MySabre required. Must have excellent communication skills and initiative. Attention to detail and strong customer service is essential in this role. Experience is a travel agency environment is highly desire.
