Here are the most recent success stories. You can also see the complete list.
Mercy St. Charles Hospital
More and more healthcare organizations are leveraging their technology and sharing databases between facilities. This can be a very efficient way to manage data and operate systems, allowing multiple organizations to benefit. It usually starts with a "champion" who brings in new technology and makes it a success. The next step is to share the success among partners.
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
UNC Chapel Hill uses CS Gold to manage meal plans, access control, stored value and credit, vending transactions, and much more. The university recently implemented NiceVision from CBORD partner NICE Systems, Inc., to improve security while enjoying a full integration with CS Gold.
Olympic Medical Center
Olympic Medical Center (OMC) recently moved to CBORD’s Odyssey cashless system and Room Service. Since implementing these systems, OMC has experienced an increase in the average ticket amount in the cafeteria and an increase in patient satisfaction with Room Service. OMC’s experience sheds light on many good ideas for implementing these systems.
