Olympic Medical Center
Olympic Medical Center (OMC) recently moved to CBORD’s Odyssey cashless system and Room Service. Since implementing these systems, OMC has experienced an increase in the average ticket amount in the cafeteria and an increase in patient satisfaction with Room Service. OMC’s experience sheds light on many good ideas for implementing these systems.

Morehead State University
At Morehead State University, magnetic stripe-only cards are so five minutes ago. The university uses iCLASS® contactless technology with Odyssey PCS™ to manage purchases and privileges for dining services, access control, bookstore purchases, copying and printing, laundry payment, snack and beverage vending, and much more.
Sparrow Health System
With Room Service the Sparrow Health System has moved their Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction scores from the 60th percentile up to the 90th percentile in just six months. The wireless Room Service entry process provides Sparrow staff the opportunity to have caring interactions with patients that need assistance ordering.
Video Features
Texas Health management has installed interfaces that maximize efficiencies, including an accounts payable interface that allows invoices to be paid quickly, thereby maximizing possible GPO discounts.
The Ohio State University received the CBORD’s 2009 Visionary Award for its use of Foodservice Suite® to improve efficiency and cost control through intelligent forecasting, central ordering, and online services like Webfood®, NetNutrition®, and NetCatering®.
Expertise in campus card and access control management—including an extensive implementation of wired, wireless, and offline readers—is recognized at the University of San Francisco. Jason Rossi, the school’s Director of One Card and Campus Security Systems, received CBORD’s 2009 Above and Beyond Award for sharing his knowledge with fellow users.
John Matherson, Manager of the Aggie OneCard Center at North Carolina A&T State University, is recognized for his use of CBORD's integrated security solutions to improve campus safety and his efforts to share his knowledge with others.
SESIAHS uses CBORD's Foodservice Suite and Nutrition Service Suite to mange a very large operation in Australia.
Temple is a large medical center integrating Cashless with Nutrition Service Suite and Foodservice Suite. Their implementation includes Webfood.
CU is recognized for its foresight in auxiliary technology planning. The university uses CBORD solutions across campus and beyond, and enjoys the benefits of integration.
The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics is a power user of cashless systems, FSS, and NSS. Their operation includes vending.
