CBORD Invited to Participate in 2005 Planetree Annual Conference Ithaca, New York—The CBORD Group, Inc., one of the world’s leading suppliers of innovative food and nutrition software solutions and full-featured cashless systems for the Healthcare industry, is pleased to announce its participation in the 2005 Planetree Annual Conference. Planetree is a non-profit membership organization which works with hospitals and health centers to develop and implement patient-centered care in healing environments.

CBORD has been invited to exhibit as well as present a session titled "Best Practices for VIP Service.” The session will discuss multiple room service strategies and options for increasing patient satisfaction and safety, augmenting revenue through guest trays, and improving employee retention. The Universal Call Center will be introduced as a full-service approach to delivering responsive meals to patients, guests, and employees.
