Ready to increase your efficiency in your catering operation? Attend this two-day training session and become familiar with EventMaster and EventMaster PLUS!. This training session is ideal for catering managers or system operators who have been designated to implement EventMaster in their operations.

Level: This session is designed for System Operators who are responsible for supporting the EventMaster system.
Objectives: The lectures and hands-on exercises will position the learner to understand:
  • Introduction to EventMaster - Navigate around the system
  • Booking an event – it’s as easy as 1-2-3!
  • Maintaining customer information - build a client database
  • Updating a reservation
  • Planning menus and maintaining event details – how to maintain event details
  • Printing and using event documents
  • Utilizing sales and management reports
  • Customizing EventMaster – fine-tuning EventMaster to suit your operation
  • Item and package maintenance
  • Ledgers and billings – posting invoices and reconciling accounts

All courses are held at our training facility in Duluth, Georgia. Duluth is located approximately 30 miles from Atlanta's Hartsfeild Jackson International Airport.
Meals:
Attendees are responsible for all meals.
Class Schedule:
Class begins promptly at 8:30 AM and ends at 4:30 PM.
Emergency Information:
If anyone needs to contact attendees during training, they may call the CBORD training facility from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at 800.741.7100.
Lodging:
CBORD Preferred hotels are the Hilton Garden Inn and the Hampton Inn. Be sure to ask for the CBORD rate when making reservations.

Attendees may wish to wear layered business casual attire.
Payment:
The Training Fee includes instruction and training materials. Please note - the Training Fee does not include lodging, meals, transportation to and from the training facility, and transportation to and from Duluth, GA. Payment is expected prior to the training. Payment can be made by credit card, check, or purchase order.
Cancellation Policy:
If the attendee must cancel, a dated "Letter of Cancellation" must be faxed to our training coordinator.  I further understand that I may be charged a cancellation fee of $200.00 if the attendee does not cancel within ten working days of the course start date.  Optionally, another member of your organization may attend in place of the originally registered attendee. Registered attendees who do not attend the course and do not cancel will be charged the entire cost of the course. 

CBORD reserves the right to cancel courses due to low attendance within ten working days of the course start date.
