CS Gold SQL and Patron Import

Are you responsible for writing CS Gold imports/exports, querying/manipulating CS Gold data, or commonly asked for CS Gold information? If so, the CS Gold SQL and Patron Import course is for you. Learn hands-on how to use SQL (Structured Query Language) to SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE CS Gold data. Within the first part of the course, we explore the most commonly requested SQL sentences, write CSV (comma separated value) files, and perform financial transactions/plan changes for groups of accounts. Within the second part of the course, we focus on writing Patron Import files. Learn tips and tricks of imports, study fields and update modes, use snap shots for groups of accounts with similar information, and learn how to use advanced import file headers.

Prerequisites:  Completed the CS Gold System Administrator course or the CS Gold Basic Operation course.

All courses are held at our training facility in Duluth, Georgia. Duluth is located approximately 30 miles from Atlanta's Hartsfeild Jackson International Airport.
Meals:
Attendees are responsible for all meals.
Class Schedule:
Class begins promptly at 8:30 AM and ends at 4:30 PM.
Emergency Information:
If anyone needs to contact attendees during training, they may call the CBORD training facility from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at 800.741.7100.

CBORD Preferred hotels are the Hilton Garden Inn and the Hampton Inn. Be sure to ask for the CBORD rate when making reservations.

Attendees may wish to wear layered business casual attire.
Payment:
The Training Fee includes instruction and training materials. Please note - the Training Fee does not include lodging, meals, transportation to and from the training facility, and transportation to and from Duluth, GA. Payment is expected prior to the training. Payment can be made by credit card, check, or purchase order.
Cancellation Policy:
If the attendee must cancel, a dated "Letter of Cancellation" must be faxed to our training coordinator.  I further understand that I may be charged a cancellation fee of $200.00 if the attendee does not cancel within ten working days of the course start date.  Optionally, another member of your organization may attend in place of the originally registered attendee. Registered attendees who do not attend the course and do not cancel will be charged the entire cost of the course. 

CBORD reserves the right to cancel courses due to low attendance within ten working days of the course start date.
