Welcome to this year’s User Group Conference (UGC) in Baltimore! Here are some tips to know before you go!

You can get a sneak peek at the sessions you want to attend. Sessions are being uploaded online continuously, allowing you to print off any information you want to bring along with you. Presentations will also remain online after the conference has ended.
In preparation for your travels to Baltimore, we wanted to provide some quick, useful information to help you on your way.
Weather
Check the weather for Baltimore before you pack. The average temperature is 75°F during late September.
Hotel
The Baltimore Marriott Waterfront is located at 700 Aliceanna Street, Baltimore, MD, in the Inner Harbor. An Internet connection will be available in every guest room and all common areas.
Registration Desk Hours for UGC
The Registration Desk will be located on the third floor, Convention Registration A/B area.

Get ready for unlimited networking with a pizza party, drinks, and scavenger hunt at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. We know how jam-packed our conference is, and we want to give you an opportunity to network and take advantage of all that the city of Baltimore has to offer. Dress in your favorite sports attire and you might win a prize. We’ll have entertainment to keep you busy and great food to keep you full.

Join us to commemorate UGC’s 30th anniversary with an extraordinary evening filled with fine dining and amazing entertainment, along with our exceptional awards celebration.
Inspired by the pearl, the traditional 30th anniversary gemstone, our gala will be filled with elegant touches and inspirations from the past thirty years.
At this unforgettable event, the CBORD Excellence Awards will be presented to two organizations and an individual who have demonstrated innovative uses of CBORD solutions and have provided a service to the greater CBORD user community.
