Remember: attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from their hotel. If you haven’t planned your ground transportation, here are some helpful resources. Following are some transportation options. Mears Shuttle Service Save time and money by booking your roundtrip ground transportation online before you arrive! http://www.mearstransportation.com/ Cost is $29.00 roundtrip. If you are staying at the SpringHill Suites Orlando at SeaWorld or the Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando at SeaWorld, be sure to select the “@ SeaWorld” hotel option from the Mears menu, as there are multiple properties for each chain. Didn’t book online? You can catch the shuttle at the airport. Fee is $18.00 per person one way, or $29.00 per person roundtrip. For transportation from the airport to the hotel, reservations are not required; for transportation from the hotel to the airport, you must call 407-423-5566 twenty-four hours in advance to arrange for shuttle service. Shuttle vans are available on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), at the Commercial Lane parking spaces: A9–A10 and A36–A37 B9–B10 and B40–B41 Taxi Cabs Estimated taxi fare: $50.00 one way. Parking at the SpringHill Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites (Additional Conference Hotels) On-site parking: complimentary Shuttle Schedule For conference attendees staying at the SpringHill Suites Orlando at SeaWorld and the Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando at SeaWorld, shuttle service during the conference to and from the host hotel, the JW Marriott, will be provided at no charge.
