First-Time Attendee Information

Clients should plan to arrive in Orlando by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 10, to allow time to register and attend the Newcomers Reception from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Registration Desk

The Registration Desk will be open throughout the conference in the International Ballroom Prefunction area of the Omni Orlando Resort. At this information center, attendees can register for the conference, get additional copies of conference literature, request session handouts, get directions to meeting rooms, and have a variety of questions answered.

Attire

Daytime attire is comfortable business casual for educational programming activities. Meeting room temperatures vary widely; you may want to dress in layers for your own comfort.
