What do you do? Work all weekend? Order the five-gallon bucket of coffee? Or come to this session and learn how to accomplish this price change in less than thirty minutes using MICROS SQL, which is the tool to import and export data from your MICROS 9700 system. NOTE: This session is applicable to Micros 9700 only; it does not apply to 3700 systems.

Virginia Tech: A Day to be Remembered
(View Presentation / Handout)
It was a cold, blustery Monday and snow flurries were flying. I swiped into the office at 8:01 a.m. What happened after that has been reported, analyzed, criticized, scrutinized, and politicized. I can only share with you what I experienced that day and the days that followed, as well as what I learned along the way. CBORD reached out to us and offered their support that day and in the days that followed . . . as did so many.
