Transportation to Conference in Orlando

Air Transportation

Participants will need to make their own flight arrangements. You will need to fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Ground Transportation

If you are flying into the Orlando International Airport, we will be providing shuttle transportation to conference lodging during peak arrival and departure times.

Complimentary shuttle service will be available from Orlando International Airport to the Omni Orlando Resort on Wednesday, October 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Shuttle service will also be provided from the resort to the airport on Saturday, October 13, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

One week prior to the conference, we will send an email to let you know the final details.

If you plan on arriving or departing outside of the scheduled shuttle times on October 10 and October 13, you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the resort. Following is a list of resources should you need to plan your own transportation.

Approximately $31 round-trip per person (may have additional stops)
Taxi Service: Approximately $65 one way
Town Car Service: Approximately $75 one way
Shuttle Service: Approximately $19 per person one way
