First-Time Attendee Information
Clients should plan to arrive in San Antonio by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8, to allow time to register and attend the Newcomers’ Reception from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Departures should be scheduled after 3:00pm on Saturday, October 11.
Registration Desk
The Registration Desk will be open throughout the conference at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio. At this information center, attendees can register for the conference, get additional copies of conference literature, get directions to meeting rooms, and have a variety of questions answered.

Attire
Daytime attire is comfortable business casual for educational programming activities. Meeting room temperatures may vary widely; you may want to dress in layers for your own comfort.
