This year marks the 30th anniversary of very first User Group Conference which took place in Washington, D.C,  with only a dozen people huddled around a computer.  The conference has since grown to over five hundred users, with a state-of-the-art Technology Pavilion and a comprehensive list of sessions for attendees.

When Should You Arrive?

* NOTICE:  NEW change in our Conference program! "What’s New and Product Road Map" sessions taking place Friday (9/25) afternoon!

Clients should plan to arrive in Baltimore by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 25, 2009 to allow time to register and attend the Opening Session & Welcome Reception from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Departures should be scheduled after 3:00pm on Monday, September 28, 2009.

Registration Desk

The Registration Desk will be open throughout the conference at the Marriott Baltimore Waterfont. At this information center, attendees can register for the conference, get additional copies of conference literature, get directions to meeting rooms, and have a variety of questions answered.

Attire

Daytime attire is comfortable business casual for educational programming activities. Meeting room temperatures may vary widely; you may want to dress in layers for your own comfort.
