UGC 2009: Health and Safety
CBORD’s User Group Conference and H1N1
The health, safety, and fulfillment of all our User Group Conference (UGC) attendees and staff are CBORD’s highest priorities. In response to the current H1N1 flu concerns, we are providing a link to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) website to inform you of ways to prevent the spread of any viral diseases while at the conference.
You can access information regarding the H1N1 flu on the CDC website at http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/sick.htm.
Should you or your organization be impacted by the H1N1 flu and you are unable to attend the conference, please contact Melissa Flood at mlf@cbord.com or 607.330.3980, or Kelley Wilcox at kaw@cbord.com or 607.330.7558 for assistance.
If you should experience any flu-like symptoms while at the conference, please contact the front desk at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront by dialing “0” from your room.
