As you know, we are currently using CBORD® solutions at our site; although we have already benefited from using their solutions, I can foresee the need and opportunity to further increase our efficiencies and improve our day-to-day operations. I believe by attending the annual CBORD User Group Conference (UGC) this year I’ll walk away with new ideas for operational improvements that can have an immediate impact on our business.
The 2009 CBORD User Group Conference is focusing on the following areas:
- Generating revenue with CBORD solutions
- Reducing waste and controlling costs
- Improving safety and security
- Engaging in CBORD systems training and certification tracks
- Gaining ideas, information, and contacts to overcome hurdles
- Enjoying unlimited networking opportunities
- Maximizing the CBORD investment
In addition to everything mentioned above, CBORD’s Technology Pavilion will allow me the opportunity to get hands-on exposure to new CBORD and CBORD partner solutions. By surrounding myself with industry peers, CBORD staff, and CBORD partners, I’ll gain a better understanding of how CBORD solutions can help our organization increase revenue and reduce costs, which in turn will allow us to provide better service to our customers.
