ALL CBORD clients can register for this year’s User Group Conference (UGC) on our website. We are currently updating the website with the latest conference information. Registration is slated to open in May 2010. We will send you an announcement when registration is open.
We are determining registration rates for this year’s conference. We will send you an announcement in the coming months.
All clients who are attempting to register but do not have a client username and password will need to request them from the following page on the main CBORD website: http://www.cbord.com/signup/. Please allow one business day to receive your login username and password.
If you’re only allowed to attend one conference a year, you should be certain it is one that will provide you with concrete, actionable ideas to increase revenue, control costs, or increase security. We can work with you to create a specialized UGC agenda to ensure that you leave with these concrete ideas.
Will you get the same from other conferences?
Arm yourself with all the information on UGC that you can. Attend a UGC webinar, ask CBORD employees questions, check our conference website often, and sign up for all UGC communications.
Go to https://www.cbord.com/login/profile/ today to ensure you are receiving essential communications about how you can use your CBORD solutions to increase revenue, lower costs, and improve overall operating efficiencies! Be sure to sign up to receive all UGC communications as well to get the most up-to-date information from CBORD!
From your profile you can select any of the categories of communications you want to receive from CBORD. We recommend that you select everything in your industry. Should you decide at a later time that something is not relevant, you can easily go in and uncheck your selection.
Check out our conference networking events page.
The UGC website will provide session and certification details beginning in April 2010. We want you to get the most out of your conference experience and give you enough advanced notice to identify which trainings would benefit you the most.
Common interest groups are the categories into which CBORD systems users fall. There are eight common interest groups to which users can belong. Many clients belong to more than one, depending on the systems they use. Have questions on which group you may belong to? Email Sara Hacker at seh2@cbord.com or Kelley DeMarchi at kad4@cbord.com or 607.330.7558 today!
A cyber café will be set up near the Technology Pavilion and conference registration desk for clients to check their emails during conference hours.
In accordance with CBORD’s efforts to reduce its environmental and climatic impact, we will not be printing handouts for each session. Presentations will be available on the UGC website. Users can access the materials one week prior to the start of the conference to print their own handouts based on the sessions of interest to them.
Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the conference hotel. We will be updating our transportation information on our website soon.
