UGC 2010 - First-Time Attendees: What every User Group Conference (UGC) newcomer needs to know!

Attending CBORD’s User Group Conference for the first time is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming. CBORD® is committed to providing all newcomers with as many tools and as much information as possible to help them find their way.

Check out the Technology Pavilion!

The Technology Pavilion features exhibits from CBORD and its business partners, who will be present to showcase state-of-the-art technologies. You’ll have unlimited access to see technology at work and to learn how you can implement solutions-oriented products in your organization. You will see the latest technological innovations, which will help you to improve operations, lower costs, and increase profitability.

Sessions

You will get to choose from over 150 sessions to attend. Each session will last roughly sixty minutes, during which time the presenters will share their expertise with their CBORD system. You will get a chance to learn new tips and tricks and see how other organizations put their CBORD investment to work. Check out which sessions you would like to attend before you arrive! Session titles and descriptions will be available on our website in the near future.

Getting Help

The conference website will lead you to all the information you need on  UGC 2010. If you need more help, contact Kelley DeMarchi at kad4@cbord.com or 607.330.7558.

Food

Meals are included in your conference fee and are served in the Technology Pavilion area at set times. We can accommodate special requests, which must be communicated in advance.

What to Wear

Dress at the conference is business casual. Be sure to wear layers, as room temperatures may vary.

Earn Continuing Education Credits by Attending!

Each year CBORD works with multiple associations that approve continuing education credits for UGC attendees. Simply by attending UGC 2009, attendees were approved for twenty-six credits from the American Dietetic Association! View the list here.
