As you know, we are currently using CBORD® solutions at our site; although we have already benefited from using their solutions, I can foresee the need and opportunity to further increase our efficiencies and improve our day-to-day operations. I believe that by attending the annual CBORD User Group Conference (UGC) this year I will walk away with new ideas to help us conquer our operational challenges.

The 2010 CBORD User Group Conference is focusing on the following areas:

  • Generating revenue with CBORD solutions
  • Reducing waste and controlling costs
  • Improving safety and security
  • Engaging in CBORD systems training and certification tracks
  • Gaining ideas, information, and contacts to overcome hurdles
  • Unlimited networking opportunities

By attending, I have the ability to pick up a couple of tips for improving my skills and boosting my productivity by a minimum of five percent, resulting in an efficiency gain of two hours a week or more than 100 hours a year. And if I can share those improvements with the rest of our organization, the return on our conference investment will be multiplied.

In addition to everything mentioned above, CBORD’s Technology Pavilion will allow me the opportunity to get hands-on exposure to new CBORD and CBORD-partner solutions. By surrounding myself with industry peers, CBORD staff, and CBORD partners, I will gain a better understanding of how CBORD solutions can help our organization increase revenue and reduce costs, which in turn will allow us to provide better service to our customers.
