Kickoff the conference at orientation, hosted by your CBORD User Advisory Council (UAC) representatives. In this casual session you will have an opportunity to mingle with peers, learn tips to help you have a successful week, and ask questions of the UAC representatives.

Opening General Session & Welcome Reception
Attire: Business casual
Join us at UGC's Opening General Session, where CBORD's President, Tim Tighe, will address the attendees. Immediately following the Opening Session, CBORD invites all conference attendees to be our guests for a selection of hors d'oeuvres and cocktails at the Welcome Reception. Network with other CBORD systems users and learn what's in store for the rest of the week during the conference.

Attire: Casual with a biker-inspired edge
Get ready for an evening that embodies the spirit of historic Route 66. Whether you were born to be wild or just a biker at heart, CBORD and ASSA ABLOY invite you to join us for a networking dinner at Desert Foothills. Enjoy the flavors of the southwest at this cookout. We encourage you to get into the spirit by dressing in biker-inspired clothing and accessories. It is sure to be a fun night! Shuttle transportation will be provided.

Ladies and gentlemen, CBORD and Ingersoll Rand proudly present "The UGC 2011 Red Carpet Gala"! Our final conference event is always full of surprises, and this year's is no exception. Be our guest as we roll out the red carpet for our annual gala dinner and awards ceremony. Dress to impress on the red carpet or channel Hollywood glamour by emulating your favorite movie star. And what Hollywood gala is complete without an awards ceremony? The 2011 CBORD Excellence Awards will be presented to two organizations and an individual who have demonstrated innovative uses of CBORD solutions and have provided a service to the greater CBORD user community.
