Introducing CBORD Hub

CBORD is excited to introduce our new Hub: a place that serves as a centralized location for our customers to easily access our eSupport system as well as our learning center, knowledge base, and other helpful tools and resources.   

CBORD Hub offers an enhanced, streamlined customer experience with upgraded infrastructure and tools, including an improved ticketing system with an updated customer portal and a new, feature-rich knowledge base system.

How do I access the new Hub? 

If you didn’t receive an invitation email to the new Hub from noreply@api.cbord.com, you will need to sign up for a new Hub login here. You can also create an account by clicking “Contact” in the menu at the top of our website and then “Visit CBORD Hub” and “Create an Account.” 

When you receive your invitation email, be sure to use Chrome as your browser for logging into the Hub portal. Your email address will be your username, and please manually key in the provided temporary password. 

Once you have your new login credentials, you can access the Hub easily on our website via the Company tab or the Contact tab on our dropdown menu. 

Be sure to update your support notifications and email preferences.  

Once you have logged into the Hub, you’ll need to adjust your product and support notifications and email preferences as previous preferences won’t transfer. To do that, go to the Hub and select Support > eSupport. There you will have an option for Notification Preferences. You can select the products for which you’d like to receive support-created notifications.
