Our team just returned from MenuDirections where Heather Whitehouse and Will Ryan led a session titled: Journey Mapping the Customer Experience. In this talk, Heather and Will discussed the approaches CBORD and Horizon Software are using to gain a deeper appreciation and empathy for the work and lives of our customers and users.

Congratulations to our Waco team who moved into their new office space on the second floor of the 1913 vintage Holiday Hammond property in downtown Waco.
