Thank you for agreeing to present at UGC 2018! Your participation continues our 39-year tradition of offering our attendees the best in CBORD systems education.
Here you'll find the resources you need to help make your presentation a success.
Session presenters are responsible for creating a presentation to support their topic. Completed presentations must be uploaded no later than September 12, 2018.
The CBORD team will review your presentation, give it a light edit, and notify you when edits are complete. You'll be able to download the edited presentation from the conference online portal. Additionally, your finished presentation will be posted online for attendees to view or download.
At the conference, be on time (or early!) for your session. It's a good idea to familiarize yourself with the meeting space and your session room ahead of time.
We are always working to improve the attendee experience and session evaluations are an important part of how we plan for future conferences. We ask that you encourage attendees to evaluate your session and provide feedback for the benefit of the entire CBORD community.
Session evaluations should be submitted through the Event Rebels mobile app; the last slide of the Presentation Template is a reminder to attendees to submit an evaluation.
Presenters must bring their own laptop computer to display their presentation. Your presentation should be loaded onto your laptop prior to arriving at UGC.
During the conference, presenters are responsible for testing all of the equipment in the session room before the session begins.
Video: Each session room will have an LCD projector and screen. Presenters will connect their laptops to the projector. CBORD will provide HDMI or VGA connectivity to projectors. Mac users will need to bring appropriate adapters to connect to HDMI or VGA.
Audio: Presenters requiring audio for their presentation will need to let us know by Monday, September 10, 2018.
If you have questions or require additional equipment, contact Amy Tracy, Event Manager.
