Game Changing Innovations to be Revealed at UGC 2017

Healthcare professionals attending CBORD’s annual User Group Conference later this month in Phoenix, AZ will be among the first to learn about our efforts to create an integrated platform linking new and existing capabilities into a seamless patron-centered experience.

Last year at UGC, we said we would be focused on innovation, and this year we are thrilled to start showing you where we are going. Attendees will see not only what is possible today, but understand where we are going next.

For those of you who will be joining us in Phoenix, here are some highlights not to be missed.

Technology Exhibit

The Technology Exhibit is one of the most anticipated elements of UGC, where CBORD® and our valued technology partners show off our latest innovations. The accompanying Road Rally, a kind of technology scavenger hunt, is your virtual guided tour.

Star Presenters

Rosie Niz, from Sutter Health Sacramento Sierra Region, is presenting a session titled Automate: Best Practices for Multiple Site Systems. Rosie was instrumental to Sutter Health’s 2017 Visionary Award which recognizes a pioneering organization developing creative applications for CBORD technology.

Kirsty Maunder, co-author of the recently-published groundbreaking study about hospital room service, will be presenting a session titled Evidence Based Food Services: Measuring Your Outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to learn best practices from an expert.

Sally McCray will present Managing Malnutrition with Mobile Intake: The Mater Solution demonstrating how connecting key pieces of data can provide a comprehensive picture of your patient population to enable timely and efficient intervention and improved patient outcomes. Sally is another co-author of a the room service study and this session will be enlightening.

Important CBORD Developments

Odyssey PCSTM customers can learn more about the upcoming retirement of the Privilege Control System User Interface (PCSUI), and how their organizations can facilitate migration to the Odyssey Direct Web User Interface (Web UI).

All healthcare attendees are invited to attend the Healthcare Clinical Caucus and the Healthcare Food Management Systems Caucus to give feedback and discuss product enhancements with CBORD Product Managers and User Advisory Council members.

Whether you’re joining us at UGC or not, keep in touch with your CBORD Account Representative and we’ll communicate more details of the innovations revealed after the conference. Stay tuned!
