This web-based menu planning package can be used alone or in conjunction with the CBORD Menu Planning & Publishing Suite. It supports editable diet-specific menus, ingredient and recipe creation, nutritional and cost analysis, menu planning and diet spreadsheet reports, scaled recipes, and purchase requirements based on diet census.
NetMenu Planner is specifically designed to meet the needs of larger, complex care providers. It will decrease data entry, instantly update standards, and share common recipes and settings across the organization.
GeriMenu® has a Resident Meal Planning Module designed to help you run an efficient nutrition department. It connects your menus to resident preferences and to kitchen operations, decreasing costly food waste as well as product shortages.
Horizon’s Kitchen Display System improves efficiency through improved communication. It sends orders directly from the Point of Sale to the kitchen, and displays the order information clearly on a wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted monitor. This integrated solution provides feedback about the status of each order and captures service times for management reporting.
Selective Dining is an add-on option to NetMenu® TrayTicketTM and supports two types of service: Tableside Dining where orders are taken at the time of service and print directly to the kitchen by table or by resident; and Mobile Menu Entry where resident menu selections are collected in advance allowing the kitchen to prepare based on an accurate forecast.
Every meal selection references the residents’ diet orders, consistency modifications, allergies, and preferences and applies them to the menu you’ve planned. This results in servers presenting the right meal selections to the right residents.
Millennium PlusTM Table Service Point of Sale handles resident table reservations, seating, ordering, and delivery with ease, offering residents a fine dining experience with personalized service. Servers view resident-specific preferences, instructions, and meal modifiers on a mobile device, and enter orders with the easy-to-use touch screen. Additionally, it displays allergy alerts, birthday greetings, and other general messages appropriate for each resident.
NetNutrition® is an online tool allowing residents, guests, and staff to view menu offerings filtered by dining location, allergens, or other preferences (heart healthy, vegetarian, locally grown, etc.), and see nutritional information not only for specific menu items, but for entire meals or days. NetNutrition is powered by your menu data in Foodservice Suite®, eliminating the need to update each system individually, and providing your patrons with the best information to make healthy, informed choices.
NetMenu® TrayCardTM is a web-based residential meal service solution featuring a resident card file, sanitary single-use tray cards, production tallies, weight tracking, and access to a wide range of resident reports. NetMenu TrayCard provides a simple and cost-effective method for fulfilling resident foodservice preferences, addressing safety concerns, and improving operational efficiency.
Retail Point of Sale
MyResidentOnline is an easy-to-use system that gives residents access to their account information any time, from any computer with Internet access. They can check their account balances and review exactly what was purchased, minimizing the balance inquiries your business office receives.
Appetize Point of Sale offers modern, self-serve kiosks to reduce wait times and long lines, and drive add-on spending. Handheld ordering lets organizations get creative in offering exciting new retail options—even the registers are portable and can be temporarily moved to pop-up retail locations, like a food truck roundup in the parking lot, or a bake sale in the lobby.
