Integrated Security Solutions
Application Engineer
This position is located in Remote - Near Major Airport.

An Application Engineer is responsible for supporting the Integrated Security Systems sales effort by understanding the customer's current challenges and product requirements; and articulating the value of CBORD products through a customized solution demonstration in conjunction with the assigned sales representative. As the industry/product expert, the Application Engineer is also involved in coordinating and contributing to the development of RFP responses and proposals. On-site presentations to all levels of the organization and all size audience may be required in the sales cycle.

Management
Manager, Customer Experience

Provide leadership and management oversight of the Customer Experience team. Formulates and implements effective processes in support of the delivery of an outstanding experience to CBORD customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

KEY DELIVERABLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
  • Manages the operational processes and the service quality of Customer Experience:
    • Customer account management
      • Ensures relationships with existing accounts are effectively nurtured by account managers
      • Defines and reports customer satisfaction metrics for customers managed by account managers
    • Onboarding account managemet
      • Establish the onboarding process for new customers
      • Defines and reports metrics for onboarding customers
  • Develops and delivers on the Customer Experience strategic and tactical plans
  • Manages and delivers reporting on Customer Experience metrics
  • Maintains a departmental culture that aggressively pursues continuous process improvement in its operational processes
  • Measures the success of established programs and processes

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Manager, Customer Experience has the responsibility for delivering on the functional areas listed below:

PLANNING AND EXECUTION:
  • Executes the strategic and tactical plans for the Customer Experience team
  • Identifies key performance indicators and establishes specific metrics to measure the success of Customer Experience
  • Collaborates with the Director on the initiative to reshape the overall CBORD customer experience
  • Develops and shapes the service model through collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of customer experience requirements
LEADERSHIP AND MANAGING PEOPLE:
  • Build, drive, and manage a High Performance Organization (HPO) oriented Customer Experience team
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, innovation and risk within the organization with an underlying emphasis on delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Provides account managers guidance and mentoring on industry best practices
  • Partners with Human Resources and individual contributors to create career development plans for Customer Experience employees
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
  • Collaborate with Director to establish account management practices for the Customer Experience team. Develop metrics and accompanying framework to measure program success collectively and by individual customer and contributor
  • Create and implement onboarding account management process. Focus on delivering new customers to referable status quickly and cost-effectively
  • Analyze existing client relations programs like Quiet Client, Critical Client, Customer Advantage, etc. for effectiveness to mission and revise processes to address program gaps and overall service needs

Software Development Manager II - Waco
This position is located in Waco, TX.

Manages three or more software design teams on projects of moderate to large size and complexity. Often responsible for the product design of one or more product lines. Recommends most efficient way to produce new products. Evaluates progress and results of development efforts. Is responsible for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews of software developers.

    Software Engineer II - Waco
    This position is located in Waco, TX.

    Position is located in the Waco, Texas office - not in Ithaca, NY

    The individual in this role will be given tasks/requirements in many areas of software development and support based upon project and scheduling requirements. This is a development role and the person in this role will perform moderately complex product design, coding, testing and documentation which may require research and analysis.

    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, software engineering or computer science; advanced degree desirable. Computer Science is the preferred degree.

    This role typically requires 4 to 5 years of experience in software design. Tools used in this position are VB.Net, C#, Visual Basic, Visual C++, C, Windows, Oracle, Perl, LINUX, and PHP.

    Technical Support Specialist I - Canton, Ohio
    This position is located in Canton, OH.

    Provides technical support to clients via the telephone, internet and/or email, answering questions on function and usage. Serves as primary support liaison between CBORD and the client. Communicates with support center staff regarding product issues, including the escalation of undocumented or unknown issues. Possesses excellent knowledge of CBORD products. Operates under general supervision.
    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business applications areas or computer science; or comparable experience in IT related field including knowledge of hardware, operating systems and networking. Experience in help desk/technical support or related experience. Typically requires two to five years of customer support experience. Experience with computers and Microsoft software including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with major industry RDBMS with emphasis on Oracle.

    Technical Support Specialist I (Two positions)
    This position is located in Ithaca, NY.

    Provides technical support to clients, answering questions on function and usage of product via the telephone, internet and/or email. Serves as primary support liaison between CBORD and the client. Communicates with support center staff regarding product issues, including the escalation of undocumented or unknown issues. Operates under moderate supervision. 12 months to three years of product support experience and knowledge of CBORD products is a plus.
    Qualifications: Bachelors degree and 12 months - 3 years experience with customer service, technical support and/or implementations preferred. Experience working with DBMS and SQL is strongly preferred. Successful candidates will possess strong analytical, and communication skills, along with extensive experience with Windows operating systems and applications. This is an entry level position and the salary aligns to it.

    Sales
    Account Manager - Healthcare Cashless, Northwest/MidWest
    This position is located in Remote.

    Responsible for the sales of CBORD Healthcare Cashless and Webfood products into healthcare integrated delivery networks (IDNs). Works closely with geographic account managers with their target hospital accounts. This role requires demonstrated sales experience with corporate level clients, working knowledge of PC’s, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Prior technology sales experience in the foodservice or healthcare market is highly desired. The geographic territory for this position is the Northwestern and Northern part of the US and Canada including: WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, ND, SD, MN, WI, IL, MI, IN, KY, OH, AK and British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan Provinces
    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and one or two years related experience and/or training in the healthcare market with an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior sales experience also required.

    We are looking for someone with strong organizational and time-management skills; and excellent presentation skills. It is essential that all candidates posses the ability to be self-motivated and assertive.

    Accounting Intern
    This position is located in Ithaca, NY.

    Assist in various accounting functions and special accounting projects including: audit preparation, UGC accounting, R & D data research customer research and other projects as assigned. Excellent understanding of accounting concepts and basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel are required. Duties include performing project work as identified. This is an eight to ten week paid internship.

    This position is located in Ithaca, NY.

    The Marketing Intern provides marketing support to the Director of Marketing, Marketing Managers, and Corporate Events Manager. Duties include market and general research requirements, clerical, and project based work. The Marketing intern projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction with vendors, clients, and other CBORD staff members. The overall objective of the Marketing intern is to fulfill a variety of job duties to support the overall goal of the Marketing department.
    Qualifications: Working on a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field. 1 year prior work experience Meeting/event management experience a plus. Computer software skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Graphics programs (e.g., Photoshop, PageMaker, InDesign, Adobe, etc. are a plus.

    Software Development Intern (Waco, TX)
    This position is located in Waco, TX.

    Individual may be given tasks/requirements in all areas of software development and support based upon project and scheduling requirements. Assignments will be defined specifically with the intention of allowing the individual to develop independent software engineering skills in the area of software maintenance and new development. Where possible, assignments will become more complex as the individual demonstrates the ability to accept increasingly complex tasks.
    Qualifications: Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in one of the following disciplines: Software Engineering or Engineering, Computer Science, or a Business Major with a Technical Minor.
