Nancy oversees all customer-facing post-sale activities, including support and professional services. With three decades of experience at CBORD, she’s an expert at delivering outstanding customer service.

Aric Alibrio

With specialties in sales management, strategic account planning, and customer partnerships, Aric offers more than 25 years of dynamic experience in enterprise growth. Recognized for his results-oriented leadership, he’s spent nearly a decade guiding business development at CBORD.

Leo Umanskiy leads our product development and technology teams. He brings over 20 years of innovation and expertise in designing and building scalable platforms across multiple verticals with globally dispersed teams.

 

Larry Delaney

Larry joined our leadership team in 2013. He has over 30 years of experience in delivering enterprise B2B software and technology solutions. Larry’s team is responsible for relationships with our most strategic go-to-market partners and technology vendors.

Mamie Hodnett

Mamie joined CBORD in 2023 and brings over 30 years of experience as an HR executive. Her passion lies in establishing and implementing engagement strategies for our team that align with and enhance organizational objectives.

Jon Lawrence

For 25 years, Jon has been leading product teams for enterprise software companies, guiding the transition from on-premise architecture to high-value SaaS solutions. He joined CBORD in 2021.

Sarah Hayes

As VP of customer care, Sarah leads a team dedicated to enhancing the CBORD customer experience. A 15-year veteran of CBORD, Sarah’s mission is to ensure we’re always improving and delivering the best possible customer experience.
