Dan Park

President & Chief Executive Officer

Dan joined CBORD as CEO in mid 2023, bringing over three decades of experience building and leading teams at retail and technology companies, including Amazon and Target.  

Prior to joining CBORD, Dan was CEO of Imperfect Foods, an online grocer at the forefront of eliminating food waste, where he facilitated the successful merger with Misfits Market. Previously, Dan led BuildDirect Technologies, a Canadian online marketplace for building materials, guiding the company from creditor protection in 2018, subsequent growth, and its debut on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) in 2021. Before BuildDirect, Dan launched Amazon Business, a channel he led from inception to several billion dollars in revenue. His earlier career also included roles with McKinsey and Company, Target, and Payless Shoesource.  

Dan, his wife, and two children live in the Washington, D.C., area, where they enjoy outdoor activities as a family. 

Ken Chow

Interim Chief Financial Officer

Ken is a seasoned chief financial officer and board member, bringing over two decades of expertise in scaling private and public companies across diverse high-tech industries, including SaaS and enterprise software, fintech, and life sciences. With a strategic mindset and a proven operational track record, he adds value and contributes to the success of organizations, serving as both a public and private company CFO, board member, and adviser for many companies.  

Ken has led a highly successful IPO, a dozen M&A transactions, and partnered with CEOs to raise almost $1 billion in financings. His recent role as the CFO of Jumio Corporation showcased his ability to drive scalable growth, profitability, capital raising, and to expand global operations. 

Nancy Sullivan

Senior Vice President, Global Services

Nancy serves as our senior vice president of global services, overseeing all customer-facing post-sale activities, including support and professional services. With over three decades of experience in implementing and supporting automated systems, Nancy has established herself as a leader in her field. Her career is marked by a commitment to excellence and an unwavering focus on delivering outstanding customer service, making her an invaluable asset to CBORD and a role model in her industry.  

Nancy and her husband live in the Boston area.    

Aric Alibrio

Senior Vice President, Sales

Aric, a seasoned senior vice president of sales, based in Unionville, Connecticut, brings over 25 years of dynamic experience in business development. Recognized for his results-oriented leadership, Aric has excelled in sales, sales training, and national accounts.  

Currently serving as senior vice president of sales at CBORD, Aric plays a pivotal role at the world’s leading provider of campus and cashless card systems, food and nutrition service management software, and integrated security solutions. With specialties in sales management, strategic account planning, and customer partnerships, Aric’s career highlights include a nine-year tenure as vice president of sales at CBORD. His impact extends across roles at Sodexo, Apria Healthcare, and Abbott Nutrition, where he showcased strategic acumen in business development.

Aric enjoys golfing, fitness training, and spending time with his wife and two sons. 

Leo Umanskiy

Senior Vice President, Product Development & Technology

Leo Umanskiy joined CBORD in 2018 to lead our product development and technology teams. In his role, Leo is responsible for steering the company’s product engineering, cloud operations, information technology, and cybersecurity teams. Leo brings over 20 years of innovation and expertise in designing and building scalable platforms across multiple verticals with globally dispersed teams.     

Prior to his current role, Leo led product development organization for ADP’s national division, where his products were generating over $1B in annual revenue. Previously, Leo led product, development, and IT teams for HealthPort (now CIOX), the nation’s largest release-of-information provider. During his tenure, his product innovations fueled growth that quadrupled the company’s revenue. His other stops included leadership engineering roles within healthcare IT, logistics, and communications industries.    

Leo lives in Johns Creek, Georgia, with his wife and two teenage daughters, and enjoys running, biking, and playoff hockey. 

Larry Delaney

Senior Vice President, Strategic Alliances

Larry joined the senior leadership team at CBORD in 2013. He led the cashless systems business unit for his first three years and transitioned to leading the product, development, marketing, and strategic alliances teams. In his current role, Larry and his team are responsible for CBORD relationships with our most strategic go-to-market partners and technology vendors.  

Larry has over 30 years of experience in delivering enterprise B2B software and technology solutions. Prior to joining CBORD, Larry was part of the leadership team at MapInfo Corporation for nine years, which included leading a business unit based in Windsor, U.K. MapInfo, a pioneer in location intelligence and location-based services, was a publicly traded software business until acquired by Pitney Bowes for a 153% premium over market cap. Post-acquisition, Larry led the marketing services business unit at Pitney Bowes. Larry began his career at Xerox Corporation, where he held roles in product and market strategy for nearly nine years.  

Larry and his wife, Kim, are very proud parents of three adult children. 

Mamie Hodnett

Vice President, Human Resources

Mamie is an HR executive with over 30 years of progressive success in guiding people strategies for small and large businesses from a local to global scale. Having worked in multiple industries, Mamie’s passion lies in establishing and implementing engagement strategies that align with and enhance organizational objectives.  

Mamie has a passion for organizations focused on the healthcare and education markets. She has directed teams in K-12 school settings, healthcare organizations, and in professional services. Prior to joining CBORD, Mamie led the people function for a healthcare organization with over 3,000 employees across 400 locations, as they doubled in size and scope in less than a year. She is thrilled to be able to put her skills to work in support of everyone at CBORD as our products continue to elevate the success of our clients. Mamie is an avid proponent of team member engagement, professional development, coaching, and continual communication.    

Mamie lives in the Marietta Square area, an Atlanta suburb, with her husband, Michael, and their teenage daughter. When she’s not working, Mamie loves restoring her 140-year-old home, hiking Kennesaw Mountain, and hanging out with her family.   

Jon Lawrence

Vice President, Product Strategy

Jon Lawrence has been leading product management and product strategy at CBORD since July 2021. For most of the last 25 years, Jon has led product teams from multiple enterprise software companies in the retail and hospitality technology sector, including NCR, RedPrairie, and Radiant Systems. In each of those roles, he guided the transition of his product lines from an on-premise architecture into high-value SaaS solutions and is an author on two hospitality technology patents. Before his tenure in product management, Jon held positions in the defense industry, including operations leadership roles at Lockheed Martin Control Systems in upstate New York.  

Jon is a big soccer fan at all levels of competition and a supporter of Atlanta United. He resides with his family just outside Atlanta. 

Sarah Hayes

Vice President, Customer Care

Sarah joined CBORD in 2001 as an implementation representative after working for Aramark Collegiate Hospitality as a food production manager at University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, where she completed Aramark’s management training program.  

Early in her career with CBORD, Sarah held multiple positions, including database services, implementation, and special projects, and eventually accepted a role in support management, where she led the food and nutrition support teams. After a brief absence, Sarah rejoined CBORD in May 2013 as a corporate account manager, focusing on infill and cross-sell opportunities with our largest healthcare customers. She took over leadership of the entire customer support organization in 2017.  

In 2023, Sarah moved into her current role to create a formal customer success program and establish a brand-new team. Her goal is to enhance the customer experience, ensuring our customers remain loyal and become ambassadors for our brand.  

Sarah lives in the Ithaca, New York, area, where she was born and raised. She spends her downtime with family, walking her dog, working in her yard, doing a variety of crafts, and reading. 

Kelley DeMarchi

Senior Director, Marketing

Kelley guides CBORD’s global marketing strategy and execution. Leading a dynamic team of professionals, she crafts unforgettable experiences through the art of creative storytelling and thought leadership. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise B2B software and technology solutions marketing, Kelley’s expertise lies in weaving narratives that showcase how CBORD makes a meaningful impact on the lives of countless customers every day.   

As a Pragmatic-certified product marketer, Kelley brings a practical and strategic approach to her role.  

Beyond the professional realm, Kelley lives in Syracuse, New York, where she balances her leadership journey with the joys of family life. Kelley, alongside her husband and three daughters, enjoys travel, golf, and passionately cheers for Syracuse University basketball — unless she’s busy moonlighting as an unpaid Uber driver for her kids.
