El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) transitioned from a traditional tray line to a room service model, implementing CBORD's Room Service Choice solution and, later, the CBORD Patient app as an additional order-placement option for patients.

ECRMC found that both solutions contributed to operational improvements and a better overall patient experience. Patients appreciate having the power to choose their meals and delivery times, and they enjoy being able to place orders using a mobile app complete with personalized, compliant menus
